Q: How much space will I need to Hire a Hot Tub?

A: You will need a flat level surface clear of any debris that is 3 metres by 3 metres, this will house our Hot Tubs and Gazebos.

Q: How do you fill the Hot Tub?

A: We fill the Hot Tub using your cold water mains supply.  If preferred we can use your hot water supply, which will get the tub up to temperature quicker.

Q: How long will it take you to set up the Hot Tub?

A: If you are hiring the Hot Tub only, it will take approximately 30-45 mins, if you would like our package with Gazebo and lights it will take us approximately 1-1.5hrs.

Q: How long does it take for the Hot Tub to heat up?

A: Once the Hot Tub is filled, it will typically take up 15hrs for the Hot Tub to reach the required temperature (depending on air temperature and initial water temperature.)

Q: When will I be able to use the Hot Tub?

A: We deliver your Hot Tub on the day before your hire period starts so you should have full use during that time. The Hot Tub will normally be ready to use the morning of your hire period. 12-15 hrs after the tub is filled.

Q: Do I need to keep the Hot Tub plugged in and switched on?

A: The Hot Tub should remain connected and kept on for the duration of the hire period.  This ensures that the water stays up to temperature and that the water is kept filtered, clean and ready to use.

Q: Is it safe to have it connected to electricity?

A: The Hot Tubs are UK supplied from reputable manufacturers.  All equipment is tested and safe to use (assuming it is being used properly) the supply is also fitted with a residual safety device for your safety.

Q: Is the water treated?

A: The water in your Hot Tub will be treated with all of the required chemicals before we leave you to enjoy you Tub. The water will be sanitised, clean and clear.  Please note that there may be some foaming after the bubble jets have been used, this is normal and not cause for concern.  For longer hire periods, we can provide anti foaming chemicals if required.

Q: What temperature does the Hot Tub heat up to?

A: The Hot Tubs heat to up to 40 degrees, however the most popular temperature is between 36 – 39 degrees.

Q: Can the Hot Tub be used in all weather?

A: Our Hot Tubs are suitable to use all year around, a lot of customers enjoy our Hot Tubs in the Winter months as well as the  

summer.  Please note that if the wind is too strong that Gazebo's may not be permitted.

Q: How many people do the Hot Tubs hold?

A: We supply Hot Tubs that will sit 4-6 people and also 6-8 people.  This obviously depends on the physical size of the users and how friendly they are!

Q: How do you clean your Hot Tubs?

A: All of our Hot Tubs are typically less than 12 months old and are thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial detergent and jet washed. We provide a new filter for every customer to ensure optimum hygiene.

Q: How much does it cost to run?

A: For those on a water meter, the cost to fill the tub will be approx £2 for the Paris and £3 for the Monaco.  The daily running cost for the heather/pump/filter is circa £2 per day.
