Thank you Surina and Barrie - we've just had a great weekend with your hot tub for a 30th Birthday!
From the moment we booked the tub and throughout all our communication I can say your customer service has been fantastic and completely exceeded my expectations! A bottle of prosecco and birthday card for the birthday boy, friendly texts to check we were all good and Barrie even surprised us by temp fixing one of our fences that fell down in the wind!
The hot tub was really simple to use, seriously hot at 38 degrees and the gazebo with fairy lights was really pretty and helped us to use the hot tub during the rain on Friday and sheltered us from the wind. It felt like we were in a sauna hot tub as the gazebo helped keep the heat contained!
The set up and down of the hot tub was really smooth and luckily our garden allowed Surina and Barrie to finish the set up and pack up without us there which was very convenient for us.
I'd highly recommend you to everyone looking for something a little different for a special occasion or just a treat!
You'll not only get a great hot tub experience but also great customer service from a company who cares about their customers and goes the extra mile!
We hired a hot tub, with all the extras this weekend for a father's day surprise. From begining to end the customer service recieved was absolutley fantastic. All questions were fully answered, deposit, set up and take down and deposit refund were all done in an extremely professional manner. And the hot tub.....well what can I say. WOW just doesn't seem to be enough, the whole family thought it was amazing and we spent the whole weekend looking like prunes!!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone......I'm already looking for any excuse to hire again. Thank you so much Hotubz. Xx
Well, that was a treat! Everything about this experience was 5 star. Excellent communications & customer service from the booking process, all the way through to dismantling the rig & returning the deposit - the same evening! My husband & I didn't have an occasion to celebrate - we just fancied some R & R and felt we deserved it. We feel that we received great value for money, especially considering the time & effort the team put in. We especially loved the fact that we weren't left with any tidying up to do! Will definitely repeat the experience, and highly recommend Barrie & Serina to others.
I hired the hot tub with gazebo and lights for a fundraising event this weekend! Surina & Barrie were so friendly and efficient. We organised a drop off time & it was set up in no time! They gave me their number and said I could message at any time over the weekend with any questions... I did and they got straight back to me! We had an amazing night! The tub was warm & bubbly and the lights were awesome, everyone thought it looked fab! I will definitely be hiring it again!
What a fantastic birthday weekend I had!! Thank you so much for helping make it so relaxing - chilled sunny days, fizz ( in a plastic glass of course) in hand... Bliss!! The set up looked great too. The solar lighting at night was just perfect! Would recommend these guys to everyone, friendly, professional and local what more could you ask for!!?
